Xbox one kinnect question with cox cable

For example when I say Xbox watch ESPN, it will change the channel to espn but a screen pops up that says full details at the top. It basically is just an overview of whatever show is playing. The only way to get rid of it is to grab the cable remote and exit out of it. It kinda defeats the purpose of voice command. Does anyone know how to disable the full details screen? Tried google with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA.
