This movie never comes on tv, ever. I have never seen it on OnDemand or Red Box or anywhere else other than for purchase. Is it the lack of big stars in the cast? Crappy movies are replayed all the time. I've never understood this. May have to just buy.

Damn I forgot about this movie. I remember it being slightly mind blowing when I saw it when I was like 11. I think that I saw it in theaters. I wonder how it holds up.

It holds up very well I have an HD rip of it on one of my harddrives.

Several movies came out that year with almost identical themes.

The Matrix, Dark City, eXistenZ and The Thirteenth Floor all dealt with a plot that revolved around the world you're in not being the real world.

Why do you think it's so hard to find?

I don't think it was a real big budget movie, didn't have any big star actors and didn't do big at the box office when it came out so I guess it's been kinda forgotten.

I'm sure you can find a torrent for it though, that's what I did.
