NCAA 14 dynasty advice

So I took over Texas Tech and went 8-5 in year 1 then 10-3 (won big 12, lost sugar bowl) in year 2. Arkansas went 2-10, fired fatty mcgoo, then offered me the job. They have a pretty decent roster and SEC is fun to play in. I'm bringing back probably 16 starters at Texas Tech though. What should I do?

Tech.
Has anyone nailed out recruiting in this game yet? I can never snag more than 10 or so guys a season that are worth a shite.

Recruiting is easy for me. I avoid guys that I scout that are under 71 or so and then narrow it down. If I I know that I need to get better at a position for the next year I'll play that position and get tons of sacks, interceptions, etc to appeal to the next years recruits. Same for offense. If I'm going to lose my junior running back in 2 years and I need a good one to replace I'm going to run his legs off so it'll appeal to the classes down the road. Having the scouting skills full helps a lot because you'll get guys that are really good that no one is recruiting. Also, look for ATHs that no one is recruiting because they're an easy pull and can usually play tons of positions.

I only do that when I play as Alabama

My biggest problem is the damn rankings. I'll need a FB or OLB and have like 1 guy with me in his top 5 and I'll be 4. This is out of like 3 total recruits over 3 stars. Meanwhile, there are 60+ 4* WRs 30 QBs and 20 Athletes.
It is frustrating

IF you get plenty of good RBs and don't have enough room to play them all convert 1 or 2 into FBs...

Anyone else ever schedule big name teams so you can give them a loss, then hope they keep losing and fire their coach so they offer you?
