Baton Rouge family "protests" ref arrest of son...

This is the guy that "allegedly" shot the West St. John football coach at the club on Bennington. Now the family, obviously inspired by Ferguson, are protesting for a full investigation. Do they think the police aren't investigating? How do they think the police got the warrant to arrest him?
Family members of the accused killer of a West St. John High School quarterbacks coach protested Monday in front of Baton Rouge City Hall, insisting Kendric Lentrell Cloud is innocent and demanding a full investigation into Juan Joseph’s death.
Cloud, 25, turned himself in to authorities about two weeks ago after police issued a warrant for his arrest in the killing of Joseph, the 27-year-old football coach. Police reports indicate that Cloud shot Joseph as the coach, a former Millsaps College standout, was trying to diffuse an argument between several people.
But on Monday, Kendric Cloud’s brother and sister said their brother was at home in bed when the shooting happened. The family members said Cloud — who they say has a reputation of being in the wrong place at the wrong time — only learned of the murder accusations when he saw an image of his face on a TV screen.

The question being, is this the new normal? Protest everything until you get what you want?

I wish I could get out of jail and drive a benz two weeks later.

I'm pretty sure this is already a pre-requisite for an indictment and subsequent trial.

“I’m gonna be out here every day until they let him go,” said Kendall Cloud, Kendric’s 26-year-old brother, while holding up a black and white “Free Kendric Cloud” poster. Some cars honked as they drove past him.
I'm willing to bet money he gives up by Wednesday.

This has been the norm for a long time. Everybody's murdering baby is always in the wrong place at the wrong time and is always innocent.

D es that look like the face of a murderer?

That's the issue at hand. Every time there's a murder at a late night dancing establishment, people jump to ridiculous conclusions that it's probably a "black guy" with a neck tattoo.

The brother looks a lot like him...maybe the reason he's so sure Kendric is innocent is 'cause they got the wrong brother.

Wouldn't be the first time PD threw a random black guy in jail for a crime he didn't do....
But before I go there, wnh would you turn yourself in I don't get some people.
I should note that my friend grew up with the victim. So I'm all for justice. Such a damn sad story :/.
Some people are so misguided. I hope they lock up whoever did this forever

There was a warrant for his arrest. If I heard there was one for me I would do the same to clear my name.
