Dear Sasha and Malia, I get your both in those awful teen years but you're a part of the First Family. Try showing a little class. At least respect the part you play. Then again, your mother and father don't respect their positions very much, or the nation for that matter, so I'm guessing you're coming up a little short in the 'good role model' department.

Sasha and Malia Obama are 16 and 13 years old.

:didyoureallyjusttypethat:

This was on her facebook page, but she's the freaking communications director for a TN congressman, and she recently managed new media for the RNC. WTF?

Fortunately, Jesus helped her out just hours later after getting reamed on social media
quote:

After many hours of prayer, talking to my parents, and re-reading my words online, I can see more clearly just how hurtful my words were. Please know, those judgmental feelings truly have no place in my heart.

That's terrible (and the apology is pretty weak too). I know the majority of you idiots will likely say "she's right, Obama has no respect...." But attacking the children is as bad as it gets. She should resign.

Absolutely Pitiful!

Don't mess with a want. He'll get your arse fired.

You're showing your true colors once again.

I'd say the solid majority of people on this site would agree that the parents are fair game, but leave the kids out of it. Myself included.

What is the context? To what was she referring?

Yeah... she's an idiot. I'm sure I did a lot of "unprofessional" things in public as a young teenager. I'm sure there were times when I didn't want to go somewhere and I was dragged along and I had a bad attitude the whole time.

What kind of bitch would publicly critique a 13 year old girl's etiquette at an event like this?

Oooooo, someone attacked the golden girls.

Lauten should have resigned it was unprofessional.

The Obama girls need to learn how to behave when at a WH event that doesn't include Beyoncé and Jay Z.

Their manners are atrocious.

I am guessing that the daughters dressed like most teenagers do nowadays ? (i.e. boys, like morons .... girls, like skanks)

But ... no idea what prompted the "attack."

Obama's daughters are the least of my concerns. Leave them alone.

His "sons" on the other hand ... like Trayvon, The Gentle Giant, the Hammer gang ... yeah ... better look out for them.

Some low-level republican no one had never heard of before? I mean really, I have a democrat consultant friend who constantly post equally low-brow stuff on FB. But , oddly.... I don't see "news" stories about it. Sure as hell don't repost it here.

People should just follow the Democrats lead regarding their approach to the Palin children.

You're a hypocrite, a want. You call a group of people idiots, before anybody had ever weighed in, and you "a want" us to take you seriously when you sermonize about respect? Get over yourself, phony.

As for these girls, I think they are too young to criticize. They should be off limits. Somebody posted those GIFS yesterday, and they were acting disrespectful. But, I'll let Obama raise his own children.

Classless, sure.

But it's again amusing that attacks from the media and people with influence against the Bush twins, Palin kids, etc. are not featured in the Washington Post, or on network morning shows like this.
