The future is bright, but this is still just a game played by kids.

If Alabama beats Missouri and goes to the playoff, there will be 13 other SEC schools who view this season as a failure. It's stupid to get into comparing the levels of failure.... 10-2 vs. 6-6 vs. 4-8, etc. It's all failure. I am as down on Miles as anybody, but am trying to gain some perspective.
LSU has more experienced talent coming back than just about anybody. If we can get the QB situation worked out, we can win the division. Bama, Ole Miss, and MSU (probably) will all lose their QB's. We're all 0-0 going into next year.
In the end, it's a game. Go have sex with a girl, or shoot an animal. This isn't the meaning of life.

The future of the team doesn't necessarily seem all that bright to me with the way the division is stacking up, but...

Really??? Number 1 or 2 defense in the league losing at most 3 starters. Any qb growth and this team will be very very good.

I hope you are right, but we could lose more than 3 easily. Hunter, Rasco, Collins, Mills, Alexander. 5 is the most, really.

That at times already have children of their own. Most have also been playing football since middle school. I'm tired of this "they are kids" crap. They chose to play football and can quit at any time.
Should people say things like "so and so is garbage, trash" etc, no. But they shouldn't be above some constructive criticism or someone's opinion of their play on the field.
That being said, I will do a reset once we get to signing day and enjoy the next season and hope for a championship.

Something will be "off" just enough to allow us to lose 1-2 critical games as we continue our annual uphill battle for 2nd in the West. Sorry. That's real.
