Only constructive criticisms for responses. In everyone's opinion what should be changed so that the football program can be better. Objectively speaking should we change our coaches from starting at the top. Or so we need to do a better job of finding a qb that can be developed to better suit the offense or should we change our offensive philosophy to suit only our quarterbacks. Why do many people have the expectations of having 0-2 losses at most every year? If the head coach does need to be changed who would really want the job. I would hate to see the program have losing seasons because we replaced a coach who consistently won at least 8 games. I only ask because I don't have any answers and would like to know people's opinions.

Continue to show an ability and/or willingness to adapt the offensive scheme to fit our personnel and our opponent. See: A&M game. Don't see: Arkansas game.

I'm not saying Gruden, Saban, etc... But LsU would not have a shortage of interest.

Les Miles has got to let his qb play. We have to take the training wheels offs of the offense. The embarrassment of kicking a field goal on 2nd down with 12 seconds left should say it all. Les coaches every game scared of his qb. He's done it ever since 2008 (2013 we still finished in the bottom of the nation in passing attempts). You simply can not win championships by trying to bulldoze everyone. There has to be som variety in the offense.

Constructively, I think the first thing we need to work on is finishing our questions with question marks instead of periods.

After that, we need to work on not typing out walls of text and learn how to break things into paragraphs.

Finally, I'm here to say that I couldn't get past the first half of your post due to the above, so I can't answer many of your questions.

Geaux Tigers!!!

Yeah, our special teams have been pretty mystifying. Punts and punt coverage, with the exception of the UF game, have been good. But Delahoussaye has been pretty terrible (though it's hard to pin this on the ST coordinator) and our kickoffs and kickoff coverage seem to be lacking (maybe that's just my perception). What I continue to fail to understand is why, when we have the athletes we have, we throw our work horse running back out there to return kick offs.

I am hearing whispers of Chavis and Cam not liking the bbq sauce given to them in the coaches box during the game.
Miles is looking to promote Peveto this year so he can help out in bringing better flavors to the coaches box.

I remember when this joke used to be vaguely humorous.

Certainly a ST coach who can make better decisions about place kickers.

Miles accomplished nothing by bringing his crony back to coach ST.

What "decisions" should he make that he hasn't concerning place kickers? Decide to make them not have the yips?

I'm sorry but it is sometimes hard to do that when typing words on a cell phone. I am still getting the hang of new technology. I get flamed for asking serious questions. Unlike many people I haven't been able to see the majority of the games since 2010, I try to be sincere yet I catch flack for it.

Plus 1000. He would not even let his QB throw the ball after he had hit 8 in a row three years ago versus bama . Result we miss FG AJ and Yelton beat us and go on to win National championship.

I had been meaning to post this but a fan I spoke with after the Arkansas fiasco told me Fournette was assured he could return kickoffs when he was being recruited.

That would make sense I guess. But at what point can we just tell him "tough shite" and that we need him fresh as can be to carry the ball and that we're putting someone else more capable back there?

We need a return man that can adapt on the fly to the wall the return team is making or out run folks to the outside. LF tries running into folks on kickoffs. His style is good for rb but not for kicks.

Yes, I hope this happens and the coaching staff can help convince LF returning kickoffs isn't his strongest area and the team would benefit more by having someone like Chark back there.

Also as you indicated this helps keep LF fresher at RB throughout the game.

Can't we try to get one of our 100 meter sprinters from the track team for kickoff and punt returns
