Building a new PC and looking for a 1440p monitor

I've seen a few online but wanted to check here as well for any reccomendations. I'm looking in the $200-$400 range

qnix qx2710 perfect pixel from one of the Korean vendors on eBay. I prefer glossy. Others prefer matte. If gaming, be sure to get the bypass model. I'll help further after sleep.

Just curious what are the specs on the PC?
I bought a BenQ 1080p recently but was not impressed. Always love the Dell Ultrasharp
