Every year we get new players and upgrade the roster, and every single year the teams look exactly the same

Hmm...what's the one constant with all of those teams...

Not defending monty but our rosters have sucked the past few years with injuries.

This team is relatively healthy right now

And they suck

Monty is out of time/excuses in my book. He's terrible and he needs to go.

Vegas over under was about .500 basketball. Not sure why we expect better things.

Agree. If he doesn't make the playoffs, he needs to go.

If they played sound basketball and looked like they ever knew what the frick was going on I'd be ok with losing

This team looks the same it does every season under Monty. Poorly coached and confused.

The passing is so bad it causes me physical pain to watch it sometimes.

Is that what you call losing you starting SG for the year?

"Davis has looked pedestrian the last couple games. Losing Gordon was a massive blow. Demps put together a shite roster. Austin Rivers is our starting 2 guard."

You know what pisses me off the most about our team? Indecisiveness. It is the single biggest pet peeve of mine. I have never seen so many open shots turned down game after game after game. I swear to god 3 years later these guys still don't know what this guy wants from them.

Even worse. We lack confidence because of that indecisiveness and we are mentally soft. That's on coach. It's not like we have a team of guys who are lazy or have bad attitudes or don't care about winning.

This is a borderline moronic idea that's become popular in a small section of our fan base. It makes no sense. This isn't chicken or the egg. The jury's in on Monty and out on Demps. Give me one year with an actual coach before firing a guy that had 6 players in the ESPN top 110 on the roster AFTER 4 of them had bad years last year due to injury.

I said relatively

Losing frickface ain't why they lost the last two games, or why they always look like they have no idea how to play basketball

GTFO with that. EG has never been shite for us. This year he couldn't score to save his life, but was busting his arse on D. Losing EG is not why we are sucking arse. It doesn't help, but its not the reason.

My question is why keep him?

What has he proven to you that he needs to be around longer?

What impresses you so much about the make up of this roster to keep him around for even more seasons?
