Did anyone take the Aggie fan up on staying in his home?

There was a thread on here last week with a guy advertising a couple of bedrooms at his house to rent. Gave his name and phone number on the Rant and said it was just him and his wife. Figured it wouldn't turn out very well for the guy. Just curious if anyone knows what happened? TIA
