So basically he won the appeal by proving he didn't lie to NFL officials when asked about the incident.
Since he served his original 2 game suspension that the NFL isued, can he be punished further by the NFL?
This is going to be a huge black eye for the NFL.

So the decision maker in this case basically agreed with what all rational minded people believed; that Goodell was a lying POS when he claimed that Rice didn't tell him he actually hit his wife in the elevator.
