There was a call for Air-Med, for a forklift accident 2 wks ago at Williams in Geismar, GAMA radio called for an AED as well. Never seen or heard anything about it afterwards?????

Someone died last week at the Exxon in baytown Texas. Cable broke and a counter weight crushed him. Exxon isn't doing so hot in the safety department...

Apparently his wife was on the job and some say she was right there when it happened. Pretty traumatic either way for everyone there.

Idk, the baytown death was on the BOP side, not the regular refinery side.

Yes.

Exxon does extremely well on managing safety, but it's hard to impress upon people how hazardous these plants can be to work in. Very unfortunate accident yesterday.
