so i just black friday'd this upper for my incomplete AR from primary arms

Radical Firearms 16" M4 Carbine Upper Half
they suckered me in with their constant contact ad. now I need a bunch of clips and shells so I can go pew-pew!
seriously though, is this thing worth a shite? I've had a completed lower since before Newtown and finally saw this upper that I liked that didn't cost as much as my mortgage payment. it'll be used primarily for storing in my closet and maybe shooting in the cane field now and then, hopefully at a hog. what optics should I throw on this bad boy?

Palmetto State Armory is the way to go for a low priceed upper, get a CHF barrel upper. Steer clear of PTAC and you just got the best bang for your buck.
