Well, if this guy is gonna be the starter next season and you have no faith him. Then it'll be more of the same shite next season. They have to get this guy going passing wise and that is not gonna happen in a run dominant offense. If you have no faith in this kid then frickin start playin Harris. Should have played tonite.

Miles is a stubborn idiot. It took tons of fans ragging on him to make a permanent change with Beckwith over Welter. And look at the difference!

You really think Miles listens to TD's lol

Have you watched how Miles handles the QB position over the last decade? That dog is not changing and we have JJ Part II with much more limited passing ability.
Miles was so out of it that he actually gave us NO chance on 1/9. Just let JJ stay on the field despite obvious lack of ability to move the team.
Harris got banned based on one start against an AU team that was gunning for us all offseason. In the meantime, AJ can spend an entire season sh-tting all over the field with fumbles, interceptions, horrible decision making and pathetic passing.
The man actually has trolled Harris in public about playing time since before the AL game. Nothing indicates any change.

I am struck by the fact that all of the arguments in favor of that call are based on (1) the incompetence in our QB, (2) a history of incompetent clock management by Miles, or (3) both. I have NEVER seen a team with time to run a couple of plays in that situation not try to look for a touchdown from inside the 10. The only time that I see a team settle for a field goal is at the end of the game when the field goal wins it--in those cases, the team doesn't want to screw up the win by turning it over.

Miles had 12 seconds. That was enough time to take a shot at the endzone and then kick the field goal if that did't work out. I'm obviously in the minority here, but that call is indicative of bad the situation is with our QB and with the head coach that has left this QB as our only option. In the end T&M had a chance to win because we missed a chip-shot field goal earlier and/or we didn't make an effort to score a TD at the end of the half. There is no other coach in the country that makes that call with a second down from inside the 10 with 12 seconds left.

13 starts under his belt and that's the kind of confidence Miles has in him. Yet Harris cant get a snap to save his life.

Lord...please make this ahit stop.

I guarantee had Jenning been sacked n we went into the half without those 3 points your post would have been WRF? Why didn't Miles kick the FG--he knew we didn't have any time outs left.

KEEP RIDING YOUR AGENDA and being the coaching expert from behind the keyboard.

No choice but to take the points considering the high risk factor with our QB

It's amazin the excuses these guys come up with to defend Miles' incomptence.

I won't waste my time anymore. They damn lucky that FG wasn't blocked at the end. And they got away with a offsides when aTm was driving to win.

Miles said Jennings gives the team the best opportunity for victory yet he doesn't have enough trust in him to run a pass play with 12 seconds from the goal to go! Ok that's fine then put Harris in and tell him if its open throw if not throw away! How hard is that?

this plus we were getting the ball back.

If anything this close game was not on Miles.

You can't miss two field goals.

Or have a QB with 2 fumbles and an interception that cannot pass the ball

If there had been a pick or a sack everyone would be here bitching about not attempting a FG.

FG was the right call there.

And he did take one shot at the endzone before that.

Another moron wakes up to come out of the wood work to show his lack of football IQ.

The decision to kick at that point in the game and given all the factors in play was the smart move. Those picking the decision to kick as some example poor coaching are only showing off their stupidity or stupid bias against Les.

Would it have been a bad decision to pass? No, probably not but it equally was not a bad coaching decision to kick given all the factors in play.

What is stupid and D-bag like is pretending kicking was an example of a bad coaching decision, but retards are going to be retards!

This is the same bullshite from the end of the first half against Kentucky. If a head coach doesn't have that sort of faith in their quarterback, doesn't that say a lot about the player's limited capabilities?
