Just burned the thanksgiving turkey

At the inlaws, and I offered to cook since mother in law is ill.
I made my first attempt to fry turkey.
Well I burnt the shite out of if and its not edible. Basically turkey cracklins

Cooked mine in the Cajun microwave. Burnt the top a little (I blame all the "pointer" I was getting from the peanut gallery.) but it's fine. Cooked it too fast though and we are all waiting on the sides to get done

I was asked to bring something chocolate, my sister wanted fudge, so I decided to try to make it. I went to the store earlier, got all the shite and came home. Then I realized I didn't have a can opener so I had to go back. Now I just tried to make it and I don't have a glass bowl big enough. frick this annoying arse shite, why do people expect me to do anything when they know I am single. I am just showing up empty handed.
