Yes. My 14 day rotation started yesterday. It's all good. Holidays are just a state of mind.

I am. Firefighters (like me) and police officers all over the country. It's just part of the job. But the holiday pay helps!

I'll be working the next 4 nights, all 12 hour shifts....starting tonight.
At least I'll get to have thanksgiving dinner with the inlaws before heading into work tonight. However....will have no time for a nap today so I'll be up for 24 hours before I get to go to bed again tomorrow am. So that will suck.
