Crabs, shrimp, king crab, lobster, oysters and yellowfin tuna.

Never was a fan of traditional thanksgiving food, we've done a seafood thanksgiving for the last 7 years or so.

Made two big pots of crawfish bisque yesterday with over 300 stuffed heads...but still did a turkey and oyster dressing too.

I'm not a big turkey fan and won't even touch its leftovers, but to not eat turkey today is pretty unAmerican.

Smoked prime beef tenderloin.
with baked sweet potato and green been casserole. keeping some tradition...

give thanks people.... enjoy this stuff with your families while you can, lost my mom last january and my FIL about 10wks ago.

MIL laying out the Italian spread for us today. Damn, gonna be good. Baked Pasta, Italian sausage, potato salad, Italian bread, And Turkey as well. Too much to list.
