Yes.
I would also recommend The Football Factory by John King.
It's fiction and the style is first person narration by a Chelsea ultra in the late 80s/early 90s. Very well written and pretty funny for all the colorful slang, it gives broad and in-depth insight on working class culture in London that gives rise to the "facotry" mentality.
There's a movie based on it that I haven't seen.

Liked the Danny Dyer movie. Also watched and didn't hate Green Street and Goal (#1), so please don't hold my movie recommendation against me.

I've wanted to see it just never got around to it. I really liked the book a lot. That often makes me reticent to see films that are based on them even if, more often than not, I'm glad I do.
I actually didn't mind Green Street either. That it stars the Hobbitt guy actually overlays it with an unintentional humor in a entertaining way.
