I have atotle to a car that my uncle gave to sell. I have a buyer, what do I need, a deed for sale "As is" and anthing else?

Sorry about that, fat fingers! I have a title to a car that my uncle has me selling. Does he just sign the title over to buyer with sale deed and thats it?

I believe that is all that is required. You just need to make sure the buyer gets the title put in his name.
