Trust me when I tell you there is only one way. Dont fall for all those other gimmicks and tricks.

Cinch trap. When I lived in Oregon I probably caught over 75 and had tried everything. This was the only thing that worked.

Grub killer.....Kill the mole's food source and they go elsewhere. Available at any Lowes or Home Depot.

They are pretty cute (could use a "Deal with it" animation):

Old timer's way.

Take a piece of Wrigley's Spearmint gum. Roll in up in a ball and find a hole where they come up and drop it in. Got to be spearmint.

Mole can't digest the gum and he dies shortly.

Y'all have a good laugh if you want. I did the first time I heard it. My dad made a believer out of me though.

Jack Russell Terrier. Although then you'll have a JRT problem, which is worse than a mole problem.

I had great success with the traps that impale them. You mount the trap over an active tunnel that you compress and when they fix the spot - wham, they are impaled.

I tried the poison peanuts a couple of years ago, I picked up dead squirrels for the next three days.
