Ok, so I was listening to his speech on the way home and this stood out to me... Just now getting around to looking up the exact statement.
He was basically saying "Don't riot, elect politicians to make changes"
Here's the quote
So unless he is referring to some other "Immigration Bill", he is referring to his executive action, which is not a Bill.
And I have no doubt he was trying to take credit for passing an Immigration Bill as he tooted his own horn about the Healthcare Law just before.

So he threw out historical Bills and then a future Bill? Seems a little odd
And if he's planning on a future Immigration Bill, why the need for the EO?
