It used to be pretty regulated... but with the new seating it may be a bit more lax. Don't hold your breath, though.

Usually you can but it may be tougher to move around seating wise for this game, really depends on which section to which section. It's easy to get from the North to the East (Student side) to the South because they are all connected now, the West is still independent until next year. You can still get there but you have to go all the way down and then all the way back up if you are talking about the West Deck.

My son's Big Brother from camp last Summer has come over to our seats from the East to the North to sit with us at the end of some games this year and was able to do so easily.

Whatever you do though, don't leave the stadium. That means no stairs or elevators, take the ramps. If you leave the stadium you cannot re-enter.
