The OT detectives are about to frick you with no lube. You just red flagged every trial you've ever been a part of moron. The taxpayers thank you for causing our tax dollars to be used for all of these retrials.

Bye-bye to your career Zamoro. Might want to call geauxjudge for some advice.

I'm also going to be pissed if I'm called to testify during his states BAR review because I quoted him.

I've seen people cite this... Officer Wilson's story is unbelievable
But then you read his account...and logically, it doesn't make any sense.
If he weren't an officer, he would get taken apart on the stand.
It sounds like one of those stories you tell to make the (after the fact, facts - fit the narrative)
And as a former ADA, I know cops lie all the time...they lied for me.
This is a height of stupidity I have rarely seen achieved on the internet.

I'm sending this to ODC. If this is true, you should be ashamed of yourself. Admins, please get this guy's IP adress and save it. I have a feeling a subpoena might be in order soon.

when I read an Atlantic piece this morning, it provided many of the same quotes as the Vox article, and I was and remain skeptical of some parts of Wilson's story. The part about Brown handing his friend the stolen cigs WHILE BEATING DOWN A COP just seemed bizarre. Now, with that said, the eyewitnesses were all over the place and at least some said things that largely supported big, key chunks of Wilson's account, including the "charge."
My take is that the GJ decision makes sense given the evidence but I think Wilson gilded the lily in his retelling.

not quite as crazy as the woman who justified her rape in haiti or some damn where, but almost.

LINK
Assuming I figured out how to link properly this article may very well take the cake. The witness says she heard Michael Brown say "I give up." She's very certain she heard it. OK. Well that is her statement.
Now, buried deep in the story, and after the first six or so paragraphs are devoted to her account of what happened, the writer casually mentions she also claimed a second officer was riding in the car... something no one else on the scene saw.
Now I agree that a chaotic situation like that can confuse witnesses... but how did everyone else there miss a second police officer? Unless, of course, this woman is an entirely unreliable witness.

Thank you for admitting this. You have helped contribute to the distrust Americans rightly have for law enforcement.

Everyone should have a distrust for the police. This just wasn't the case to bring that issue to the forefront of the American consciousness.

I agree. Zamoro has just admitted as an Assistant DA he has gotten police to lie for him all the time. I really hope someone can find out who he is and turn him in.

I reported it. I'll wait until ODC in LA and GA respond before saying anymore.

If someone could connect your account to who you are, you might be a former attorney as well.
Suborning perjury is a big deal, and you've admitted to doing so.

So you reported an anonymous message board post that is probably complete BS.
