We have always done first come first serve. Not sure what you would call this but I think it pays off for those that are more dedicated, as opposed to a true waiver wire where you put in claims. There are a handful of guys in our league who set their alarms for 3am on Tuesday morning (when the waiver wire opens) to fight over players. I know this probably isn't for everyone but the guys in my league seem to love it.

Ours is in the order of the standings/rankings. Guy in last place will get first waiver claim. Guy in first is last.

Free for all. No reverse order no limits no nothing. Im going to offer up a bunch of rule changes in the off season.

No trade vote/veto as well.

Blind auction. Each team starts off with 100 bucks and waivers go through every day.

Not sure if serious. One rule that I want to incorporate next year is a .25 per transaction fee that will pay out to the winner after the season. Thoughts?

That money could go to the high scorer in the league for the season

Dead serious. Our commissioner is also responsible for over half of the trades that went down this year.

So yeah, next year there will be a change.

I'm that guy. 8 trades in our league this year, I was in 5 of them (also the commissioner)

Some people enjoy that and by all means go ahead. But not having any means of veto/vote is ridiculous. Especially with some of the trades that happened this year in my league

I see, I thought you were going to propose a no veto/vote. I didn't realize that's how your league operated currently. Yeah that's pretty shitty

This but they go through Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sunday. More fair for people to read about players they want and get worried about how much someone else is bidding

We do a weekly 2 round waiver wire that starts at kickoff of the first game and goes to 7pm Tuesday night. First pick goes to worst record. Last pick goes to best record. After that, from 7:01 on Tuesday until 5 minutes before kickoff on Thursday (or first game of the week), add/drops are first come first serve.

Add/drops are $1, trades are $5 per team and the money is added to the winnings pool but next year will go back to paying the highest scorer of the week ($10 per week)

And frick any leage that has a trade veto by anyone but the commissioner and only if collusion is involved.

If there is collusion suspected or known, they will never play again. Ben that way since 2001 and never had 1 issue.

I can't believe continual rolling waivers haven't been mentioned. I think it's the only way to do it in non-auction leagues.

Beginning of the year we start out in reverse order of how we drafted. Then from there on out, you use a waiver, you go to the end of the line. You don't use it, you move up.

No resetting week to week in reverse order of standings. Why reward teams for being shitty?

Free for all? Setting alarms for 3am? That's amateur hour.
