I see CNN beginning to slowly release the photos and some testimony. This is where the real proof comes in. Does anyone have a link?

I am sure the Congressional Black Caucus had an advanced copy, if not how could they have possibly put out a factually coherent response so quickly?

I am about halfway through it now. It's like "so you bought the beer at two o'clock" if you get that reference. Eg, he says they hadn't decided where they were going, but the he says that he told Wilson where they were going (we're almost to our destination). Eta: I may have misread that one.

I remember cringing watching all the "valuable" eye witnesses blabber on CNN, FOX, Etc about this case.

We must learn to not be so reactionary with our emotions

He is so fricking dumb and clearly just saying whatever he thinks is right at the moment. This is sad.

Is anybody else reading this?

I mean, was Big Mike's hand in the car or not, Dorian.

Prosecutor just baiting him up and letting him crawfish all over.

They interrupted his testimony right about that time and went into all sorts of other questions. Almost getting back now. Right hand on roof, left hand around side mirror. Darren Wilson pulling with left hand. Right hand (of officer) not in view.

His testimony in the Grand Jury room seemed consistent even with all of the interruptions. The prosecutors definitely were acting as if they were defense council.

The previewed his testimony with the videos of the news reports. I am guessing that they tried to build inconsistencies from those interviews. However that was not the job of the prosecutor to try to discredit any testimony against the officer. Also there were references to some discussions during "breaks" when there was no recording or transcription. That could be a big issue.

Does anyone know if they released the names of the jurors or released ALL of the evidence?

ETA: His hand was never far enough in the car to have reached for a holstered gun. And it was Darren Wilson who reached out and grabbed Michael Brown from this testimony.

But they were in there far enough to punch on Wilson's face. How many times do you let someone who outweighs you by almost a hundred pounds pummel your face before you take necessary means to stop it.

Dorian went with Michael Brown to the store, had no idea that MB was going to strong arm the cigarellos. That agrees with the store video.

When Darren Wilson passed the two near the apartments he yelled at them to "get the f* out of the street" Dorian said they were almost home and the cop suv went on and they kept walking when the tires screeched and the cop suv reversed and cut them off slightly nearly hitting them Then DW said "What did you say?!?" and tried to open the door, mostly hitting MB and slightly hitting the friend, from which the door closed. Then there was a good bit of cussing and arguing between MB and DW. Dorian said that both had their "angry faces". At some point DW reached out and grabbed Michael Brown by the back of the neck with his left hand, Michael pushed back with his right hand against the roof above the door and left by the side mirror.

At some point DW's hand slipped down a bit allowing MB to pass off the cigarellos to Dorian and continue his tug of war with DW. Then DW said "I'll shoot you" and Dorian saw the gun starting to appear in DW's right hand but still in the suv. It seemed like DW was about to repeat himself when the gun went off striking MB. At that point Dorian and he officer looked at each other and the officer looked stunned. MB and Dorian started to run.

Dorian went around the 1st of 3 cars that were now backed up behind the SUV. MB ran past and made it past the 3rd car by the time DW got out of the car and walked past the first car. that's when he fired at MB who stopped and turned. MB turned, raised his hands slightly and yelled (still angry) "I don't have a gun!". He took a step towards the officer stepping off the sidewalk with arms raised when the cop emptied the gun into MB. Dorian ran away throwing up as he got back to his apartment.

I am just giving a report of what was in the testimony. His (Darren Wilson) left arm was extended around Michael Browns neck and they were tugging at each other, so his face would be right at the window / slightly outside of it. At some point Darren's hand slipped off the neck but he was still grabbing MB's arm / shirt collar. That's when the gun went off.

PS: There was a weird exchange between the prosecutor and Dorian about whether MB's pants were sagging right when Dorian was about to describe the shooting outside of the car. Seemed odd.

I'll check back in after you have posted Wilson's testimony so I can see where the differences in the story are.

It was also reported last night that when Wilson tried to get out of the car, Brown shoved the door back against Wilson to keep him from getting out.

That's probably when "game on" ensued.

No kidding!

Has anyone offered 1 piece of credible evidence supporting the claim that Wilson acted in some sort of rogue fashion? Seriously.

It is in the CNN link that I just added to the OP. I should be able to get to that today and will post cliffs if no one beats me to it.

Just read the CNN summary of DW's testimony. He said that he tried to open the door twice and MB pushed it closed and hit him in the face. DW said that MB hit him hard enough that he feared he would be knocked out if he got into another struggle with MB. DW's gun went off 2 twice in the car and three times as he chased MB. DW claims to be yelling stop get on the ground the whole time. MB turns around, puts his arm under his shirt, grunts and starts charging DW. DW fires a few shots (he says he doesn't know how many) but know he hit MB atleast once because he saw MB flinch. DW is yelling get on the ground the whole time but MB doesn't stop. DW claims that MB has a mad look on his face and is assuming a tackle position when he gets around 10 feet DW looks through his sites and sees head and fires.
