Yeah everybody is trying to have some kind of cool third down gimmick now....how about the fricking crowd just scream their arse off instead of piping in all the ridiculous noises.

I don't mind Junior yelling. They need to do one with Payton and one with Benson
They're trying to mimic Seattle, but Seattle is much more original than that. Every ad that Seattle had was designed around increasing the crowd experience.

It sounds stupid but not quite as stupid as the train whistle they used earlier this year. It would sound even a little less stupid if we were able to get off the field on 3rd down..

We are winless in the Dome since they started using the air raid siren regularly. I'm totally serious -- this is bad mojo, like the ostrich races or Al Hirt's open mic. Something the team thinks is like a great idea but actually induces the suck. They don't know what they are messing with. Siren has got to go. Saints will never win until they change it.

Who makes the decision to do this stuff? Please tell me it's not the PA Announcer. He's terrible on his own.
