Cam Cameron should be embarrassed to collect a paycheck. He's another that won't get a good gig after his LSU time has passed.

28-21 with three wins over ranked teams coming from the pile of shite he took over is fricking amazing.

And he was recruiting the shite out of Texas. I def think his act is wearing a little thin in BR but the notion that Miles is a shitty coach is absurd

Miles needs to look to improve our offense if he wants to make the fans happy. Just take Gus' playbook of 4 read options.

At the end of the day, Miles is smart enough to realize what needs to be done. It's on him if he doesn't.

“I have given little or no thought to any other jobs, and I am so comfortable with my team and doing what I’m doing,” Miles said, via MLive.com. “I do not read the paper. I certainly respect and love Michigan and wish them the very best.”

Asked if he considered it a compliment for his name to be a thrown in the mix, Miles again hemmed and hawed.

“I, uh, don’t really look at it as a compliment or not, I haven’t read the newspaper in a month, just so you know,” he said. “It’s hard for me to tell you what the record of other schools are.”

There is one way for Miles to make the speculation go away, and that is to definitively state he will be LSU’s coach in 2015. But he didn’t do that.

But don't act like its a lot of money to the big money guys at TAF.

Sure. Why not swallow that, double down, and go ahead and offer Saban $12M per year. TAF has all the money that isn't under the Vatican, right?

Les, at the very least, deserves a shot to right the ship in 2015'. That said, I think the Qb position has to be improved next year. No excuses. No bullshite. If not, then a change has to be considered. Also, Alleva has to be gone first. Like its been said before and i agree. I don't trust him to make a good hire. Hell, I wouldn't trust the guy to pick out a goldfish for my niece.

Reads like a bunch of speculative bullshite, but I'll say this; there appears to be a sliding scale of fan support and CLM is definitely moving to the left. Most of us who were formerly hardcore supporters are pretty squarely in the camp of "probably can't do better, would prefer to keep him, will not cry if he goes." The stunt that his agent pulled with Arkansas a couple of years ago would be met with a farethewell today. The former Miles skeptics are now what CptBengal and crew have been since Miles arrived on campus. Those hardcore anti-Miles bubbas are surprisingly sanguine, perhaps sensing an end to his tenure.
Complete and utter bullshite.

I'm not a fan of his gameday tactics at times, but the guy is an insane recruiter. That's my biggest worry if we went elsewhere.

hand Gruden a blank check and let him fill it out. We will have no problems getting players with him. God I wish he was a realistic option. You know how many high school kids would love to play for him. Especially with the notarization he gets now on ESPN. Can only imagine

Gruden was 45-51 his last 6 seasons. No way the Rant would go for such a crappy coach.

Did I say this?

LSU just needs to finish games against Bama. We should have won 2012 and 2014.....no excuses.

Again, that's a lot of money to you and I.

I can think of three or four guys off the top of my head that could each write a check for a third of that amount apiece and not even bat an eyelash.

You underestimate how much money there is in TAF.

That's a lot of money to the board of trustees and some other well-heeled sons of bitches. If the network ballers are all in, however, I don't think anyone is interested in shooting them down.

You cannot wait for LSU to struggle huh? Egomaniac much dude? I'd rather LSU suck so my opinion is proven correct!!!! What a winner! Why can't the rest of us losers be more cutting edge and hip like higgins, folks who root for their own team to fail are a special kind of special, poor thing

never said i wanted them to fail at anything. my guess is that we see more of the same come thanksgiving night. offensive ineptitude orchestrated by a sub-sec level qb and a coach that is too stubborn to make a change that could potentially give us "an opportunity at victory". i hope im wrong. based on watching 9 yrs of this regime, chances are, i wont be. if lsu performs well with harris under center on thursday, id feel better about the future. even in a loss. if we continue to struggle with AJ going the whole way, its gonna be a long offseason with a huge question mark that wasnt addressed. i will reluctantly look forward to 2015 if he hitches his wagon to AJ.
