My snoring doesn't wake me up so why the frick do I care?

Being woken up by an angry redhead can be fun sometimes...

The custom dentist mouth piece sounds like something worth trying if I can find one that works over the counter.

but that's cheaper than a CPAP.

My insurance company covered the cost of mine. So even with the cost of co-pays for the study and consultations I still came out way ahead.

Just make your wife sleep in the other room and you can snore as much as you like.

I've always wondered why more people don't do this.

There's nothing wrong with you and your wife/gf sleeping in different rooms, if snoring is an issue.

For the first few years of our marriage I slept on the couch almost every night because my snoring was so bad. My wife has trouble falling asleep and is also a light sleeper.

It really weighed on our marriage. Since getting the CPAP the only time I have slept on the couch was when she was really sick and I wanted to give her space.

Separate bedrooms may be great for a couple of 20 years, but it was hard on us as a young married couple.

stick a football against your back under your shirt. Then you can't roll over on your back. If you don't wear a shirt this won't help you.
