Grilled backstrap, black eyed peas, corn fritters, mustard greens. Gonna try some blackberry wine later.

Mrs. Vette's homemade spaghetti and meatballs. They are delicious.
Presently drinking some Knob Crick, envious of Deac's blackberry wine.

I just bought one of those for the turkey this year. I have always fried them in the past.

Ducks in a crockpot with black eyed peas and red wine. They been cooking for 8 hours and are falling apart.

Seasoned it up with some seasoning I had around the house.



Cooked to 160 degrees at 225 degrees. It took about 5.5 hours.




Just before it hit the plates.






I let it cool and still had juices running...
