I think I've already gained ten pounds and there's still four days until Thanksgiving. Having two parents who love to cook is really bittersweet.

Im sitting at 204. Will be at least 215 by the end of December. I will then lose 30lbs from jan-march and be rocking at 185 for the ladies through the spring and summer.

I've gained 5lbs in the last month. Don't think I'll gain much, if any more over thanksgiving, but I also don't plan to diet until after Christmas.

By not overdoing it during the holidays like I normally do. I'm working many of the holidays as well so that helps. More exercise, less eating.
