Cox internet problems...anybody experiencing any?

Our internet has been turned off this morning, but we recently paid our bill. We called customer service, but they are closed on Sundays. The automated line says we have an overdue amount of 54. It then says that was due by the 14th. It then says our last payment was made on the 11th for 54 dollars. It then says our account is up to date. Our internet, however, is turned off.
Ummm...is anybody else experiencing a glitch?

If you ever have to switch to Comcast, you'll realize how awesome Cox really is. Just keep that in mind.

This is true, but really says more about how unfathomably terrible comcast is than about Cox which also sucks monkey wang.
