How can anyone deny that electing Republicans doesn't lower unemployment?

Since being sworn into the majority in the House of Representatives in 2011, the unemployment rate has gone from ~10% to ~6%.

Let's cure unemployment. Elect more republicans!

Surely something as complicated as national employment can be explained by the majority party of the house.

There was a Democrat president during that time frame as well. So Democrat president, republican house. In about 6 more years we will be at 0% unemployment....

I don't think this is the question you were trying to ask

Every one of these double-negative "how can anyone deny ------" is a mind bender to read and most are grammatically opposite of what they mean.

eg

Republicans do not lower unemployment = Republicans increase unemployment

who can deny that?

Compare states with Republican governors against Democrat states.

Reducing the unemployment rate is directly linked to the business environment. States with Republican leadership = a more business friendly environment which = more risk taking and expansion by those businesses.

When businesses are in a business unfriendly environment (democrat leadership) they sit on venture capital and do not hire.

Wow, triple negative?

Incredibly awkward sentence in any case.

Wasn't there a bit a few months ago that the administration is intentionally altering the numbers of the unemployment rate?
