This whole thread is SEC mad guy.

FSU won it...in position to win it again...have the best player in football...stop going on message boards to get him disqualified to give you a chance.

Last year it was Auburn guy...this year it is Bama guy (because Auburn guy, you got no shot)

But Bama guy is hoping and praying and wishing for arrests.

FSU is going to get skull fricked in the playoff. I know it's impossible to leave them out of they go undefeated but there is no way they are even a top 6 team this year. ACC is beyond weak plus everyone is giving FSU the benefit of last year's team when they are no where near the class of them

STFU

Winston clearly should've been ejected. Even the officials ESPN has are agreeing with us. Has nothing to do with being scared of FSU.

For once, just once why don't you tell us what you think about the play from a football perspective and not these fans vs those fans? Do you think a quarterback , any qb, should be ejected for putting his hands on an official and trying to move him out of the way?

Really really dumb. Definitely should have been flagged.

I think everyone understands the contact with officials rule. I think people are saying that this really isn't a situation where officials should be tossing guys out of games.

Honest question. If Anthony Jennings does the exact same thing here, would your opinion be just as strong?

Two circumstances I'd like to know:

•Time left and location.

•Does ref or unpire decide when the QB can get under center.

The umpire appears to be yelling something at the ref there. If he's doing something wrong costing them time, I could see why he did it.

Either way, probably at least 15 yds.

Jennings pushed a refs hand out the way during the Arkansas game. LSU fans were begging for him to be ejected.

Expert official this morning said 100% should have been ejected and 15 yards. Said official was right to allow bc time to substitute. That said glad he wasn't and glad they won. Either this is a great team that just doesn't care to play their bad schedule, or they are going to get destroyed in the playoffs.

All CFB teams/players are equal. Some CFB teams/players are more equal than others.

One thing I like about CFB: the referees will tell you who will win so you can change the channel and watch another game.

Yesterday, there were at least three occasions in that FSU game where the refs basically told the viewers that FSU was winning, no matter what. I watched Notre Dame lose instead.

FSU vs Bama in the final. Should be a good game.

I am of the opinion that Anthony Jennings Should be suspended retroactively, immediately for that incident now that you bring it up. Indefinitely.

I would not be mad if Anthony Jennings was never allowed to play football at LSU again

Oh imagine that... Jameis defying authority

You can't just push the ref out of the way. In any sport this is an ejection. Doesn't this clown know that kids look up to football players?

OK let me try that again. It's 2013 and Mett does the same thing.

Penalty, at minimum and possible ejection.

Rules are rules.

LOL.

He shoved a ref = automatic 15 yard penalty / 10 second time run off.

The center also moved which should have been a false start.

Not a Florida State fan, but the ref is supposed to stand over the ball, not try and prevent the QB from getting under center.

This is a dumb counter argument. If the ref is standing over the ball, the center can't touch it. And if the center can't touch the ball, the QB being under center is irrelevant.

So FSU was jumping the gun from the beginning. The center was preventing the ref from doing his job. Then the incident with Winston happened. He should have been ejected, and, frankly, the center should have penalized.
