So I will be smoking my first turkey and ham on the Primo this year. I've smoked both before, but on a indirect heat grill. My plan is to inject the turkey the night before and do a dry rub right before putting them on. smoke them both at about 275 using a mixture of cherry and apple wood chunks.
Thoughts? Suggestions?
