Provoked by whom? Provoked intentionally and directly? Anything involving more than one person is a conspiracy.
He could have been set up and used by his handlers and still could have acted alone, i.e. set up to appear as a lone wolf.

Read Jim Garrison's book. He may not have it exactly right, but he has enough good info to convince you something was up. Pretty cool to see all the NOLA connections. I know a lady that rode the street car to work everyday with Oswald. He would get off at the place he worked, community coffee.

What puzzles me is the conspiracy to get JFK elected in '60 (Illinois ballot stuffing, etc.) and three years later he's assassinated in a conspiracy.
Hell, even the Bay of Pigs had conspiracy overtones.
My two cents?

Secret service did it, accidentally. I'm very curious about information that is still under wraps and won't be released for many years to come.
ETA: how many OTers were alive when Kennedy was shot? Do you remember what you were doing at the time? (I was in 8th grade, Jefferson Jr. High. We were in class when it was announced over the PA system).

The Babushka lady is very odd and unexplainable. Atleast two shooters were there in Dallas that day and at his previous stop in Tampa.
