InSinkErator cord kit. Last weekend I swapped out disposals and rather than reuse the plug I just bought a new one. Very easy you just splice the plug cord to the wires in buttom of disposal. I am a mechanical idiot and I figured it out.

Turn off the breaker, strip the ends of the wires, shove them into the electrical socket, put some electrical tape over the outlet so no one electrocutes themselves reaching for a sponge, turn the power back on. Project done, time for a beer.
