IF you are talking OKC specifically it's not bizarre. The roster they trot out every night without westbrook and durant is the worst in the Western Conference and besides the Lakers no one is even close to being that deficient in NBA talent.

then again you thought okc would be around .500 with that crap lineup so what you think is bizarre has a good chance of being par for the course.

MOst predicted the same 8 teams to make the playoffs from the west. Right now the top 7 are last years playoff teams plus the 9th team from last year. Safe to say if OKC was healthy we'd be looking at the same 8 teams that were in last year's Western conference playoffs.

Biggest surprise in all of the NBA is Milwaukee but other than that the East looks about as expected too.
