Shocking

I thought there was a "two strikes and you're out" rule about this kind of thing.

But someone spiked his drink, because that's such a funny thing to do to a football player, so he's completely without fault on this.

(and if you believe that, I have a bridge to sell you)

Are Urban Meyer and Coach Cal good buddies? Slimeballs.

This wouldn't be a CUM coached team if he didn't return

It just makes me happy to know that the full support of the B1G will be with the badgers if we get to face off in the championship game against them.

*By full support I mean the fans of the other schools. I do NOT expect Delaney to be pulling for UW.

Maybe they held a team vote?

I love the team vote for these types of situations...

"Alright guys, I know how badly you want to play for a national championship, and I know we all know how important this guy is to us having that chance. But us Buckeyes are all about integrity and responsibility.

Let me be clear. There's no way he's coming back unless he's learned his lesson. So I don't want him coming back, even though it means we lose in the Big Ten Championship, if that hasn't happened.

So, he's learned his lesson, right guys? You don't need to say anything...you can just nod your heads. Check that. If anyone here doesn't think he should come back, come on up here and explain why. No one? Ok good. Go Bucks."

What precisely gave you that impression? I'm not scared of OSU. It would be a "nothing to lose" situation vs. an "everything to lose" situation. Just like we had against Nebraska when we went in and mollywhopped em.

We should have beaten you guys last year. I would think we'd have a chance to finish this year.

Team vote was good enough for someone who raped an underage girl.

The team is always the most objective body to determine those types of things

That tells you all you need to know about the moral compass of Brady Hoke and the moral compass (or lack thereof) of urban Meyer. BH just kicked Frank Clark off the team. I bet the OSU game didn't even cross Hoke's mind when he made the decision.

What about putting a concussed qb back in the game?

I think that's more ineptitude.

Not defending Spence, but do you think there is a slight difference between drug use and felony assault and felony domestic violence?

This was also his second arrest, he was previously arrested for felony Home invasion.

Comparing the two is laughable.

I think the point is this:

"A student-athlete who tests positive on a second occasion for the use of a banned substance (as defined in Section 1.3) shall be declared permanently ineligible for all further intercollegiate competition in all sports."

Well, that and the laughable timing of it.

This has to be a troll post, but just in case, do you not see the difference between taking ecstasy and domestic violence? Besides after the whole Taylor Lewan and Brendan Gibbons situation, you have no moral high ground.

Damn this would be huge. Finally get to see Bosa, Washington, Bennet, and Spence on that line. We would easily have the best D line in the league if he comes back and that is scary.

Not thinking about the Ohio State v Michigan game . That right there is exactly why Hoke was never seen as a "Michigan man" and why the fan-base has never liked him. Both of the teams' fans want that Bo v Woody type of hate and rivalry. Win "the game" was the most important thing to these teams for such a long time and nobody wants to see that change now. Hoke did the right thing (and circumstances were completely different), but that's not what the fans want. Also Hoke simply blows.

Dude has been suspended all year, people pissed he may get to play in the last game. Hilarious how people bitch about anything related to OSU.
