Bacon Wrapped PepperJack cheese stuffed Tenderloin.
How does one go about cooking this in the oven?

Place in a glass baking dish (I prefer to cover the dish with foil for easy clean-up), and put into a preheated 350 degree oven. No clue how long.
Let it rest after you remove it

I'd check it at 30 minutes or so- I bet it won't take too much longer than that.

They cook pretty quickly. I do what Walt does and use a meat thermometer. I uncover it the last 5 to 10 minutes to try and crisp up the bacon. That's the one issue with those. The bacon doesn't crisp well baking it covered. You could give it a quick broil, turning it frequently. I browned it in a skillet once before baking. Worked out okay.

I did a backstrap just like that last week in the oven on 350 and just put a thermometer in it, and it came out awesome. I think it took about 20 minutes or so.

Turn on oven. Pop it in. Cool till done. We are not talking rocket science.

I don't think that will work. It won't get done as quickly, though.

Much better on the grill in my opinion. Baste every 15 min or so with mixture of bbq sauce, butter and beer. I usually cook indirect heat for an hour or so then move to heat for color and crisping bacon.

I grilled one on my stovetop gas grill to get the bacon crisp and finished it in the oven. Worked out pretty well, but I came close to overcooking it. It doesn't take much time to cook them.

I usually do the opposite. Let the bacon cook down in the oven a bit before the grill. To avoid fires and such.
