I'm interested in the republican response

I'm hoping they file a lawsuit and the SCOTUS rules quickly. Not sure how I want it to end, either. Obama rejected is probably the best outcome and places limits on executive power. But, Obama upheld could work out to be a blessing.
For instance, another president could suspend things like states having to get pre clearance for redistricting from the justice department. He could end job killing EPA rules.
