I know someone like this. His breath smells bad, but he also smells horrible in general. I researched it one time. Colon leaking into bloodline/sweat or some crazy shite.

Just straight up tell them. They probably don't even know it stinks. I'm sure they'd appreciate the heads up. No friend should get mad over something like that

If your colon is leaking into your blood the least of his worries would be how he smells.

Ask him if he knows karate?

Because your breath is kicking!

One of my previous bosses was like this. It stunk so bad, it would smell the whole room up and would give you a headache if you were in the same room too long.

You could tell when he was in a room before you because the linger of bad breath vapors would be in the room.

I think it's a condition that some people have.

I've heard this phrase before, so was like this :|

quote:

they found on the beach.

then at this part. Just the mental image of a diaper sitting out partially buried in the sand cracked me up for some reason.

I am looking for opinions on how to tell a friend their breath stinks?

If he is a true friend tell him privately without being rude(it embarrassing him).

I insist that friends family tell me if there is a problem with my hygiene(breath or body odor). I insist & routinely ask 'is my breath okay' ,etc.........

Nothing pissess me off more than 'friends' talking about others behind their backs when they can politely pull them aside.

Tell him his breath smells like a mule's arse.
This is what I do, and appreciate when my friends tell me the same.
Never understood why people hesitate to tell their FRIENDS things like this.
If I was uncomfortable talking to my friend about something, I wouldn't consider them a friend.

1. go to Army surplus.
2. buy a gas mask.
3. put it on when you see him coming.
If his i.q. is over 65 he will get the idea after the 2nd time.

I'm not sure how to apply this to a buddy but in my single days I bought many a shot of ice cold Rumpleminz for various young ladies of questionable morals. 100 proof peppermint schnapps isn't a longterm fix but its effective enough in the shortterm.

What is his ethnicity? He may not be able to help it and you don't want to come off as racist.

Honestly you should say something. They probably already notice it themselves and haven't done anything about it. For the sake of their social stratosphere it would help everyone is they were told politely.
