One of the main arguments the Left uses to push Immigration reform (ie: amnesty) is that the immigrants from South and Central America will do jobs Americans won't do (pick crops, wash dishes, etc) at wages Americans will not work for.

On another front the Left has done everything they can to create an "income inequality" narrative.

To give millions (estimates vary from as low as 9 million to as many as 34 million) of illegals that are willing to work for such low wages a quick path to citizenship creates a sudden, large group of Americans that will then fit the "income inequality" narrative.

Just a thought before heading to work.

They wanted the war on women, but that strategy failed miserably. I think they will double down on climate change. However, if the SCOTUS rules the gay marriage bans legal the rainbow train will be pulling out of the station.

Most dems aren't smart enough to figure out the party's platform contradicts itself.

They'll keep Climate Change for the non-election times. If Immigration Reform becomes amnesty, they'll turn around and beat the "income inequality" horse like it owes them money for decades to come.

While I doubt there is any conspiracy to do amnesty for this reason, pushing the "income inequality" meme will be the result.
