Started thinking about this years talent level vs the previous two seasons and it made me wonder...would anybody from the past two teams start this year? I can only think of JOB being the sure fire starter really...

Past Players:

Johnny Obryant
Anthony Hickey
Andre Stringer
Charles Carmouche
Malik Morgan
Corban Collins
Shavon Coleman
Eddie Ludwig
Jalen Courtney
Andrew Del Piero
Shane Hammink

Carmouche, Morgan, Collins, and Coleman would get serious playing time. Del Piero should get some minutes as well.

Carmouche would start but Hornsby is going to be good, has a nice game, with Carmouche you can run a 1-4 set .

Coleman or mouche maybe which could allow a guy like hornsby to be a 6th man.

I don't think so, unless Johnny Jones would want a starting lineup with Mickey and Martin at the 4 and 5, which I don't believe he does.

I think it would be:

PG: Josh Gray
SG: Charles Carmouche
SF: Jarrell Martin
PF: Jordan Mickey
C: SR. Tuba [Don't laugh, but he would be the best center on the team this season]

that being said, it wouldn't surprise me to see big E start and Del Piero get more minutes off the bench.

Looking over this list I would think that Hickey could have been an improvement over Gray. He is a better 3 point shooter and a much better defender in that he plays hard defense every play while Gray seems to take large stretches off.

I'm not so sure you watched Hickey so closely. He was very offensively challenged and was a poor shooter mostly. He also couldn't dribble drive into the lane to create for shooters outside.

Gray is much more advanced than Hickey, he just had a rough game last night. Emotions might have been too high for him.

Very much disagree. And I loved Hickey.

And probably only Carmouche and JOB would start
