A new english word - Grubered

Are we witnessing the birth of a new word? I have seen used it on this board.

Meh, I prefer "hoodwinked."

DOn't agree with that.
I think it is more like bragging about the deception with so much arrogance that you are unaware of the consequences of letting the cat out of the bag.
I like the association of 'gruber' with this action because of its illateration with 'goober.'
The entire Obama admin as been one big gruber.
