Need OTs opinion: DFW vs IAH?

Booking my trip back home for the holidays, but looking at the options of changing at either one (depends on if I take AA or UA going back home). Which is better for connecting, IYO? Only Shitty part is going through ORD on the way back to TX.
I don't fly either airline that much (flew Delta way more before I moved to TX).
appreciate your input

AA terminal at IAH sucks dick.
DFW is one of the best places to connect. nice as frick, bars and restaurants right by the gates, and lots of security checkpoints nearby just in case you want to head outside to smoke.

Thanks, TH.
I wasn't sure how either one was, and both were pretty reasonable. Although if I took UA, I'd rather connect out of DEN instead (that was pricier).
eta: I haven't flown through either in a long-arse time

if you fly through Dallas, make sure you have like an hour layover. the tram can be annoyingly slow if you have to go all the way around just to get from terminal c to b

Agree with the layover call. I wasn't impressed with DFW last week but I only saw C and B terminals.

Dfw. American express lounge.

I figured IAH was easier to connect. I don't feel like it's as big as DFW, but I guess I'm wrong.

This isn't really relevant based on his post.
Op, where from and to? I think the odds of landing and taking off from the same terminal is higher at Bush. Terminal C at Bush is better than any terminal I've been in at dfw. If you connect through B, it sucks unless you are in and out of the new part.

The AA Eagle flights (the mini planes)have their own terminal at DFW, right? I know I have to switch terminals at DFW both ways to get back to AMA.

DFW is a shite hole and needs a major update. The new regional jet terminal at IAH is great and worst case scenario, it's an easy drive home from Houston if you have flight issues. Connecting through Denver on United is also much better than the cluster that is ORD.
