thats because you started on this board as mr know it all i can fix any failing restaurant in the city. its pretty lame to burst onto the food board with your own dick in your mouth sucking away like your gods gift to the food industry
I don't think that's accurate. It's true I shouldn't have pushed my wares. I grant you that. I didn't come here for that, honestly. I do find restaurants interesting. I do study them, but I definitely don't know it all and I can't fix any failing restaurant in the city. But I am confident in what I know and I'm sorry if that offends you. I don't want any trouble with you Jones or LLady. I'm more than willing to let bygones be bygones. Peace.

We hired this "fix it" guy when I worked in a restaurant, and the guy was HORRID. I hope you're not him
He didn't focus at all on food, atmosphere, etc. He just made this insane Nazi-esq list of rules for us staff members, and changed us from casual "local feel" uniforms to waist aprons, no shorts, big black ugly shoes, etc. (This somewhat a big deal because we had a 99% female staff with shorts and tee shirts and cute shoes; think Sammy's type).
I remember wondering how on earth these things are going to do anything to improve the business because I doubted they're the reason we weren't doing well.
Sure enough, we all quit. He got fired. And owner closed that restaurant for another location

Just for the record it's not a little man syndrome. It's a Westbank thing.

He is saying I'm a westbanker. Your ability to decipher some pretty easy posts lately has proved to be sort of difficult

Well....nobody loves me like me.
And since you are the consultant, I took your advice a few moments ago. Now I'm pulling on a Benson and Hedges Menthol with sticky typing fingers.

It's on Coursey between sherwood and Jones creek. Closer to sherwood. Near a pizza Hut and post office.

I swear houston is home to the most expensive mexican food in the world. But damn, it is so good.
Dallas would be able to give it a run for your money. I lived in South LA my entire life before moving here in July and never had any idea how bad the TexMex food really is there. A place with a great atmosphere and GOOD food (barbacoa, street tacos, brisket options, etc.) would absolutely kill in BR. Even something like a torchys, where you can get quick delicious food and a full bar would kill in the LSU area. Mexican food in Baton Rouge and New Orleans should really be able to take it to another level.

Nice for people to finally catch up to what I thought of the place in early 2000's.
ETA: Great. I got suckered in on commenting on a year old thread. Thanks for digging this shite up.
