I am having trouble figuring out a script to help me automate creating unique ID's by using look up tables.

This could either be in Access or Excel.

The first table/sheet has all the names and fields to be concatenated. The remaining tables/sheets have the look up and codes.

I need a way to have a field look up its name in another table/sheet and look to the adjacent column and grab the code then concatenate with the next word.

here is an example of the first sheet with everything to be concatenated to make a unique ID.

Second sheet with look ups:

Third sheet with look ups:

TIA

Is there a way in access with the sheets being tables instead.
