Things on TD that annoy you/make you cringe

People who get mad at others for using the word 'baw'.

For me-

1) unoriginal, copy and paste responses to threads. The biggest being "germans". Did you really click on a new thread, which you've seen recently discussed, just to say germans? That's cool, guy. Or better yet the ones who are super clever and say "Did this story take place in Germany?" HA! Other examples of these unoriginal responses are the PIIHB, pics, etc. Although there are times when these can be funny, I suppose. Also when someone inevitably will quote my thread title, than quote my username for this topic.

2) The board nazis. Those who become hostile when a thread is posted on the wrong board, a topic is started that has been previously discussed freuently. Relax, you can ignore the topic. There are 20 topics per each board's front page and I assure you they aren't all new. Life will go on and you will figure out how to find a "new" topic and ignore that one on the front page which is making you anxious.

3) Post count heroes. The ones who discredit a poster's words because "lol look at his post count". Maybe they say things like "who are you?", as if to imply that they are a nobody in relation to them because of post count and board recognition of username.

4) Hardleggers- nothing makes me cringe more than watching a guy try to hit on an anonymous female poster through the internet (at least if it appears the guy's intentions are not facetious).

People who don't respect me because I have 69 in my user name.

That's what we call Paging.

I'm about fed up with "play stupid games, win stupid prizes".

That used to be called "play with the bull and you'll get the horns", until some urbanite came up with the new "it is what it is" of 2014.

Posters that have numbers at the end of their screen name

People asking board advice about the simplest or most trivial shite imaginable (i.e. The "my boss is retiring, what should I do" thread).

People asking advice from strangers about serious, life-changing decisions (divorce, etc).

People over-sharing personal tragedies (context dependent).
