I get the impression that Trey and Matt either (a) couldn't come up with anything, or (b) came up with something that they ended up hating and ditched like Sunday night or something, and then they just threw this episode together haphazardly in two days. And yet....it totally works.

Just before she gets in front of the class he makes the comment after the volleyball coach says that people not showing makes them feel their sport is a joke and Stan replies, "Dude, girls volleyball isn't a joke, jokes are hard and require skill."
Cartman closes the scene with "Dude, Wendy plays volleyball, did you know that? I don't think you know that."

That episode was lame...and the last 5 have been just as weak. Doesn't even feel like SP anymore...just some brief comments about current affairs.
