Took two mornings for me. Civil suit, medical malpractice. Among the myriad of litigants was our new coroner. I had been to a party at his house on the Wank when he was in Med School, but that wasn't good enough to get myself dismissed during voir dire questioning.

Have fun with your unexpected Christmas money. Don't spend it all in one place.

Here one week. Was bad. We did drug cases for two days and I thought I 'd give anything to get away from these and then we did. After one or two baby rapeings I was ready to go back to drug cases. Then came the wife beaters and other depravity.

Was happy when the week was over.

Meets each three months. We heard close to 1000 bills of indictment.

depends on the jurisdiction

our grand juries usually serve for 6 months, but typically only get called 2 or 3 times during that period then over the course of 1-3 days different cases are presented for bills

I got put on a EBR grand jury. We were put in place to serve for 1 year. Supposed to meet once a week. Think we met around 35 times during that year. Usually lasted most of the day.

Sucked arse. Worst part they took no BS. If your name was called you served. Was not getting out of it.

Good luck.

is it an actual summons or did you just get something in the mail that said you were picked?
